About this event
Robin, much to her husband Paul’s chagrin, invites another married couple, Amy and Bernard, over to their mansion before a fundraiser for the private school their daughters attend. After an awkward first meeting, it seems these couples have almost nothing in common…except the silent auction item they hope to win. As it turns out, there’s more on the line than just a prize as the bidding war quickly becomes a hilarious clash of ideas, tax brackets, and personalities. Fresh from our 2025 Next Wave Festival, this world premiere comedy from the playwright behind The Refugees is sharp, timely, and heartfelt.
