We'll dive into the care and maintenance of sourdough starters, as well as the fine art of shaping, slashing, and steam-baking traditional sourdough boules. During the class, you'll have the opportunity to bake your own loaves, and as an added bonus, you'll leave with a ball of dough to bake at home the following day. Elevate your bread-making skills and explore the world of sourdough in this hands-on class! Class Details 2 Hour Class Instructor led class in our state-of-the-art classrooms You will go home with a ball of dough to bake the next day. Please consider bringing a cooler along to transport your dough if you live further away.
