Set in Bayfront Plaza with views of Naples Bay, Ce Soir introduces a fresh take on French Mediterranean dining rooted in open-flame cooking. This 7,000-square-foot space blends coastal elegance with a darker, more refined edge, drawing inspiration from the Côte d’Azur while fitting naturally into Naples’ upscale dining scene. At the center is a charcoal-fired Josper grill, shaping a menu that balances locally sourced seafood with premium meats—think snapper ceviche with tropical accents, whole lobster and oysters from the raw bar, and signature dishes like Wagyu porterhouse and duck confit prepared with depth and restraint.

The experience extends beyond the plate, with a 24-seat stone bar, a 500+ bottle wine display, and a cocktail program built around fire-driven techniques and Florida ingredients. Evenings shift into a more atmospheric setting with curated music and weekend DJs, positioning Ce Soir as both a destination for dinner and a late-night lounge. It’s the U.S. debut of Toronto-based Aidan Hospitality, bringing a concept that leans into quality, detail, and a cohesive sense of place rather than spectacle.
