Cibao Grille

Cibao Grille is a traditional continental fine dining restaurant in the Neapolitan Way Shopping Center in Naples. Its name comes from the Cibao region of the Dominican Republic, whose Taíno name means "land of stones." Under Chef Yohonny Nolasco, the kitchen brings Caribbean touches to a continental menu that blends tradition and innovation.

The restaurant is known for prime steaks and fresh seafood. The menu includes Certified Black Angus filet mignon, rack of lamb, yellowtail snapper and escargot bourguignon, alongside a Havana pork chop marinated in Caribbean mojito and a Caribbean black bean soup made with chorizo. Desserts run from caramel flan to key lime pie, and ports, dessert wines and specialty coffees round out the meal. It suits a refined dinner out, and a kids menu makes room for families too.
