Floridita Cuban Bakery Restaurant is a Cuban bakery and restaurant on Collier Blvd., between Golden Gate and Green Ave, serving home-style Cuban cooking made from scratch daily. It comes from a team that also runs Floridita Restaurant and Havana Blue in the Naples area, and it gives equal weight to the food, the service and a warm, friendly setting.
Mornings bring Cuban coffee, café con leche, tostadas and fried eggs. Later come beef, pork, chicken and seafood plates, along with soups, salads and sandwiches. The Sandwich Cubano layers slow-roasted pork, ham, melted Swiss, pickles, mustard and mayo on Cuban bread. There is a kids menu, cakes are made for any occasion, and a parking lot on site makes it an easy stop for families and anyone after breakfast, lunch or dinner.
