Moura Bistro

Moura Bistro is a Lebanese restaurant on Pine Ridge Road in Naples, built around the recipes of owner Nabil Bassil's mother, Moura. Nabil grew up watching her cook the traditional dishes of their homeland, and the kitchen recreates them from her handwritten recipe book. The menu centres on mezza for sharing, such as hummus, baba ghannouj, mouhamara, labneh and sambousek pies, alongside meats off the grill: shish tawook, kafta, beef and lamb kabobs, and lamb chops.

Vegan diners have their own platters, including falafel, okra and moujadara, and a full bar pours Lebanese wine and spirits. The dining room is decorated in a Lebanese style, and an outdoor patio suits relaxed evenings. It works well for groups who like to share plates, families with children, and anyone curious about Lebanese home cooking.
