Coast is the beachfront restaurant at Edgewater Beach Hotel on Gulf Shore Boulevard North. Its menu draws on coastal cuisines from around the globe. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and pairs its globally inspired cooking with creative cocktails.

Mornings run from classic egg dishes to a Benedict lineup that includes a lobster version with citrus chive hollandaise. There is also salmon lox on a toasted bagel, along with buttermilk pancakes and Belgian waffles. The house-specialty Gulfside Mary mixes vodka, V8, horseradish and sriracha.
