Escargot 41 is a French restaurant on Tamiami Trail in the Park Shore Shopping Center, tucked in the corner between Burlington and Home Goods. The kitchen pairs classic French flavors with a contemporary approach, and as the name suggests, escargots are the signature. The menu gives them a whole section, from Escargots Bourguignone baked in parsley-garlic butter to a cream, caramelized onion and Armagnac preparation said to come from a monastery recipe.
