Fuji at Founders Square is a sushi bar and Asian bistro on Founders Square Drive in North Naples. The menu covers sushi, noodles, rice dishes and house specialties. The kitchen puts its emphasis on quality ingredients and careful preparation, with a range meant to suit everyone at the table.
The restaurant is led by chef and owner Jon Augsondthung. He is originally from Bangkok, Thailand, and began his career in the United States as a sushi chef in Miami. His approach pairs a fun, relaxed atmosphere with well-prepared, refined food. That mix makes Fuji a comfortable fit for a casual lunch or dinner with friends or family, and also a good choice for marking a special occasion.
