Pho An

Pho An is an East Naples restaurant on Davis Boulevard built around pho. The noodle soups include steak pho with thin slices of rare meat, plus brisket, flank, meatball, shrimp and tofu-and-vegetable versions, and a special bowl that brings steak, brisket, flank and meatball together. Bowls come with rice noodles, bean sprouts, basil, lime and jalapeno.

Beyond the soups are rice-paper spring rolls with peanut sauce, toasted hoagie sandwiches with pickled carrots and cilantro, and vermicelli salads topped with egg roll and peanuts. Rice platters with a fried egg and several kinds of fried rice fill out the menu, alongside milk teas, fruit teas and Vietnamese iced milk coffee. It suits an easygoing lunch or dinner catch-up.
