Trulli Pizza & Pasta brings a distinctive, chef-driven approach to North Naples. Italian owners Domenico and Barbara Bosco lean on 100% semolina for the pizza dough and a sous-vide tomato sauce for clean, concentrated flavor—techniques that set the pies apart from typical Neapolitan or New York styles. It’s a cozy, dinner-only spot in the Pavilion area (7700 Trail Blvd., Suites 107–108) with a tight menu and a “new kind of pizza” ethos.

The pizza list ranges from familiar to cheffy. Signatures include a pink-sauce pie with fior di latte, crispy pancetta, and cremini mushrooms; an arugula-pesto number crowned with fresh burrata, Florida honey, and Prosciutto di Parma; and a meatball pie with house-ground Angus beef and dollops of ricotta. You’ll also find filet-mignon-topped creations (with oregano-tomato or fresh-tomato bases) and a rich white “five-cheese” option blending mozzarella, provolone, gorgonzola, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and Pecorino Romano DOP.

Beyond the pies, the kitchen turns out house-made fresh egg pasta with classic sauces—from pear tomato with basil to slow-cooked bolognese—and a lasagna layered with béchamel and sautéed cremini mushrooms. Ravioli come stuffed either with a ricotta-mozzarella-Parmigiano-Pecorino blend (in tomato sauce) or butternut squash with sage butter. Starters and salads keep things Italian and seasonal: warm rosemary focaccia, prosciutto with burrata, thin-sliced beef over arugula, and simple greens or caprese-style plates.
