Ninja Japanese steak house & sushi bar

Ninja Japanese Steak House & Sushi is a North Naples restaurant that bills its cooking as inventive sushi and Japanese cuisine. The menu splits appetizers between the kitchen and the sushi bar. From the kitchen come pan-fried pork gyoza, takoyaki with bonito flakes and duck bao on steamed buns. The sushi bar sends out pepper tuna tataki with ponzu and sliced blue fin toro seared with chili sauce.

Rolls take up much of the menu. Alongside familiar California, Philadelphia and spicy tuna rolls, the signature list includes the Cow Boy Roll topped with medium rare filet mignon and the Pokemon Roll, wrapped in purple rice and finished with truffle sauce.
