Originally from Albania, moved to Naples in 2014, to build a better future and grow in my career. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, I specialize in keeping all building systems running safely and efficiently, delivering reliable solutions that enhance the guest experience. Known for my hands-on approach and commitment to high standards, I work closely with management and staff to maintain a smooth, well-functioning property. 1. What inspired you to get into this industry?
I’ve always been curious about how things work. That curiosity led me toward engineering and facility management.
Working in hotels gave me a chance to use my skills while solving real problems and meeting new people every day.

2. What do you love most about being part of the tourism community?
I enjoy being part of an industry where every small detail matters. Visitors come to Naples to relax and enjoy themselves, and knowing my work contributes to their experience is rewarding.
